The Ambiance:
Freshly renovated and meticulously maintained inside and out, this inviting home combines comfortable accommodations with the relaxed character of island living. The spacious layout offers plenty of room to unwind, while the expansive grounds provide a peaceful connection to the surrounding tropical landscape.

A tranquil canal and natural moon pool create a unique waterfront setting where guests can swim, watch tropical fish, or simply relax beside the water. The property is dog friendly and features a private guest gym inside the two-bay garage.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and property. The fully gated grounds provide abundant space for cars, trailers, and RVs, with a 30-amp electrical connection on the south side of the home. Nearby waste removal services are available.

The two-bay garage and additional storage throughout the home offer considerably more guest storage than is typical for the Florida Keys. A separate storage facility is reserved for owners and maintenance personnel and is not available to guests.

Location Highlights:
Enjoy a peaceful waterfront setting while staying close to Key West attractions. Old Town Key West and Key West International Airport are approximately 15 minutes away, while the hospital and golf course are about 10 minutes away.

Geiger Key Fish Camp and Marina is just around the corner, offering waterfront dining along with boat and watercraft rentals. Geiger Key Marina also provides a free, 24-hour deep-water boat ramp less than a minute’s drive away.

Outdoor Living:
The expansive grounds overlook a beautiful canal and moon pool connected to secluded Blacklion Bay. Swim, paddle, snorkel, or watch for tropical marine life right outside your door.

The upper deck bar provides spectacular 360-degree views and an ideal setting for enjoying Florida Keys sunsets. Whether starting the day with coffee or relaxing with an evening drink, the outdoor spaces make it easy to embrace island living.

Boaters will appreciate the convenient waterfront access. From the property, a scenic approximately 10-minute ride through the natural canal system and across Blacklion Bay toward the Atlantic Ocean. This route is limited to boats under 20 feet without a T-top due to a low-clearance bridge.

For larger boats, the nearby Geiger Key deep-water ramp offers direct access to open water and is free and available 24 hours a day. The gated property also provides ample space for boat trailers.
